Fresh Start Program at TCC is enrolling for Fall Quarter for any interested students 16-21 years of age.
Any student who hasn't earned a high school diploma and is behind on credits, disengaged from the high school system, dropped out, can come to Fresh Start earn their diploma and earn college credits.
Students with GEDs also able to apply to program and earn diploma and works towards Associate Degree.
